Study Smarter, a small, top-level test preparation company based in the
East Bay with business throughout the Bay Area, is looking to hire and
train a select group of SAT coaches.  We are looking for conscientious
individuals with dynamic personalities, strong interpersonal skills, and
an interest in personal growth.  We are looking for people who can help
coach students to their personal bests by keeping a wider perspective and
helping students identify their strengths and weaknesses.  We are looking
for individuals who can think strategically and motivate their students. 
Study Smarter offers a fun, casual work experience with extensive support
and mentorship.  Although applicants should be enthusiastic and willing to
learn, no prior teaching or SAT experience is required.  Hourly rate or
salary will be commensurate with experience but start at a minimum of
$25/hr with regular pay raises.  SAT coaches will work 25-40 hours per
week and be given fully paid health, dental, and vision benefits.  We also
award annual bonuses.  Work schedule and start date are flexible.  Paid
training will begin after hiring and be organized around the applicant’s
schedule.  Applicants must demonstrate a minimum score of 650 on each
section of the SAT or GRE through either a previous test or a diagnostic
to be administered by Study Smarter.  Applicants must be able to make a
commitment to work for at least two years after their start date.  A car
